IND vs AUS 2nd Test: Nathan Lyon showed some serious skills with his spin as Australia managed to grab 4 wickets in the first session on Day 2, reducing India to 88/4 at Lunch. The hosts are currently trailing by 175 runs in the 1st innings.
India continued on their overnight score of 21/0 and added 25 runs on the board before Nathan Lyon caught KL Rahul in front of the stumps. Rahul continued his bad form and was dismissed for 17 runs.
Captain Rohit Sharma departed 2 overs later after scoring 32 runs. Cheteshwar Pujara, playing his 100th Test, was LBWed by Lyon on a duck. However, the on-field umpire didn't agree and Australia decided to save their only review.
Eventually, Pujara was dismissed for a duck only a few balls later, when Lyon decided to take a DRS call for his LBW appeal. Shreyas Iyer (4) was also dismissed early courtesy of a brilliant catch by Peter Handscomb. Nathan Lyon grabbed all 4 wickets for his team.
Virat Kohli (14*) and Ravindra Jadeja (15*) would continue the batting for the Indian team and would eye a big total, given how difficult it'd become to bat in the 4th innings at the Delhi pitch.
