In the ICC Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier 2022 match against UAE, Nepal were bowled out in 9.1 overs for just 8 runs. As many as six Nepal batters were dismissed for a duck. Sneh Mahara was the top scorer for Nepal with 3 runs to her name in 10 deliveries. 

Displaying a brilliant bowling performance for UAE, Mahika Gaur gave away just 2 runs in her 4 overs, bowling two maiden overs as well as picking up a 5-fer. Apart from her, Indhujha Nandakumar picked up 3 wickets for 6 runs in her 4 overs and Samaira Dharnidharka picked up 1 wicket with her only bowl of the match. 

UAE openers Theeertha Satish (4*) and Kavanya Keny (3*) chased down the feeble total in just 1.1 overs, winning the match by 10 wickets and 18.5 overs remaining.

Earlier Nepal U19 Women's team won the toss & opted to bat first against UAE U19 women's team. This match was played at UKM-YSD Cricket Oval, Bangi.
