NZ vs IND: With mood-spoiling weather at Wellington, the toss for the 1st T20I between New Zealand and India has been delayed. 

The rain stopped for 10 minutes when the drains were working at draining the outfield. As the outfield was being dried, the rain returned and the toss has been delayed for an unknown time right now. 

After both the teams were shown the way out of the recently concluded T20 World Cup 2022 semi-finals, India has rested several regulars. Hardik Pandya is leading the Indian side while Rishabh Pant has been named the vice-captain. Shreyas Iyer, Shubman Gill, Sanju Samson, & Ishan Kishan have been handed opportunities. 

New Zealand on the other hand have made 2 major changes - veterans Martin Guptill and Trent Boult have been dropped from the squad.
