ON THIS Day: Anil Kumble Picked 10 Wickets In A Test Innings Against Pakistan, Watch Video
On this day, back in 1999, Anil Kumble became the first Indian cricketer to pick 10 wickets in a test inning and only the second bowler in history to achieve this feat after Jim Laker.
The historical moment came against Pakistan at Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium, Delhi, when India were defending 421 runs in the 4th innings. Anil Kumble finished the innings with the figures of 10/74 and had match figures of 14/149.
