Pakistan were 268/6 against Ireland at stumps on second day
May 13 (CRICKETNMORE) - Pakistan were 268 for six when bad light and then rain brought the second day of the inaugural Test match in Dublin on Saturday to a premature close.
Shadab Khan (52*) and debutant Faheem Ashraf (61*) both scored maiden Test fifties as Pakistan fought back. The pair had so far added an unbroken 109 for the seventh wicket after Pakistan had been struggling at 159 for six
Ireland became the 11th nation to play the longest format of the game after the International Cricket Council awarded test status last June.
