India's wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant has completed his 1000 runs in test cricket on Tuesday against Australia. His milestone has come in just 27 innings and became the fastest Indian to do so.
While doing so, Pant broke the record of MS Dhoni, who achieved this feat in 32 innings. Rishabh is averaging 40.04, which is also the highest among the Indian wicketkeepers with over 1000 runs in test cricket.
