Rain Stops Play At Gabba, Australia Lead By 276 Runs At Tea
Australia has built a strong lead of 276 runs at the end of the second session on Day 4 at Brisbane. The predicted rain has finally come down which forced the umpires to take the tea break 10 minutes early.
India picked up three wickets in the session - Steve Smith, Cameron Green, and Tim Paine. Smith scored a half-century before Mohammad Siraj removed him. Shardul Thakur got the wickets of Green and Captain Paine, who was looking good during his innings of 27 off 37.
Australia is currently at 243/7 with two new batsmen - Pat Cummins and Mitchell Starc at the crease.
