RCB W vs DEL W: Delhi Capitals openers Shafali Verma and Meg Lanning started their WPL campaign on a high note as both the batters got their fifty and partnered 118 runs for the opening wicket within just 11 overs. 

After winning the toss RCB called DC to bat first, but their decision got overturned as Shafali struck well-deserved 62 runs off 35 balls with 6 fours and 4 sixes. On the other hand, Meg Lanning also hammered 52 runs in 31 balls with 10 fours.

The second match of the Women's Premier League 2023 is being played at Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai.
