In the ongoing 2nd T20I match between India and Sri Lanka, Indian captain Rohit Sharma recorded a unique feat via fabulous catch, a record none of the Indian players had achieved till now. In the 15th over being bowled by Jasprit Bumrah, Rohit completed Dinesh Chandimal's (9) catch and completed his 50th catch in Twenty20 Internationals.
Rohit became the first Indian and 4th player overall to complete 50 catches in T20Is. David Miller tops the list of most catches, with 69 catches to his name in T20Is. Martin Guptil (64 catches) occupies second place while Rohit Sharma and Pakistan's Shoaib Malik are jointly placed in the third position with 50 catches each.
