Sri Lanka beat India by 16 runs in the second T20I at Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune  on Thursday. The series is now levelled at 1-1 with the third game to be played at Rajkot on Saturday.

Put into bat first, Sri Lanka posted a mammoth total of 206/6.

In reply, despite brilliant batting by Axar Patel and Suryakumar Yadav, Team India managed to score 190/8 in 20 overs and lost the game by 16 runs.
