Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to bowl in the second Twenty20 fixture against New Zealand in Mount Maunganui on Monday. New Zealand kept the same line-up that narrowly won the first game in the three-match series by eight runs.
Sri Lanka, who also bowled first in the series opener, have made one change with Asitha Fernando replacing Bhanuka Rajaaksa.
Sri Lanka appeared to be cruising to victory at 121 without loss in the first game on Saturday before Jacob Duffy took command with three wickets in the 14th over,
They added just 43 runs in the remaining six overs.
