Jason Roy, Reece Topley & Laurie Evans have had the privilege of playing with various international cricket stars during their stint at the Surrey County team in England. In a humorous video, the trio is seen discussing various topics and having a good laugh.
The very first question presented was which of the teammates have helped them the most with their game. Laurie Evans responded with former South African captain & legendary batter's name, Hashim Amla. 'Just a calming influence over the dressing room', added the top-order batter for Amla.
Jason Roy continues as he counts the number of quality overseas players he has played. In this list, he named former Sri Lankan captain and keeper-batter Kumar Sangakkara, England's Kevin Pietersen, Hashim Amla, Ricky Ponting, and Graeme Smith.
The next question up for the trio was 'Who would you trust with a catch to save your life.' Jason Roy named fellow England all-rounder Chris Jordan. Laurie Evans complimented Jason Roy, saying 'I think you're pretty good, mate.'
To the question 'Who is always last out of the nets', the trio unanimously agreed that it was English wicket-keeper Ben Foakes. Reece Topley added, 'Popey's another one (Ollie Pope).'
Laurie Evans hilariously instantly replied 'me' on being asked 'Who's the best footballer'. Jason Roy couldn't hold himself back as he replied 'No, horrendous, mate. Such a bad mover. You cannot move'. Reece Topley said 'Foakesy's (Ben Foakes) good. He's got the left foot of Van Persie (a famous footballer).'
The last question put up was 'who's the messiest roommate?'. Jason Roy narrated an incident where he had to share the room with Ollie Pope, and said 'He was a messy puppy, for sure.' Laurie Evans then added 'Sam Billings is also one of the messiest people I know.'
The video uploaded on YouTube is a light-hearted chat with the superstars of Surrey cricket, opening up on funny as well as learning aspects of sharing a dressing room with so many known cricketers.
