Pakistan openers - Babar Azam 66*(51) and Mohammad Rizwan 79*(55) power Pakistan to a 10 wicket win against India in the 16th match of the T20 World Cup 2021. Both the Pak openers made a joke out of the target of 151 set by the Indians and broke their streak of 5 losses in the T20 World Cup and 11 losses in all the World Cups overall against the Indian team.

In the first innings, India was able to post 151/7, courtesy of Virat Kohli's 57 off 49 balls with 5 fours & 1 six. Apart from him, Rishabh Pant scored 39 runs off 30 balls with 2 fours & 2 sixes. 

For Pakistan, Shaheen Afridi dismissed the top 3 Indian batters, dismissing the openers Rohit Sharma & KL Rahul within the powerplay. Meanwhile, Hasan Ali picked up 2 wickets while Shadab Khan & Haris Rauf picked up 1.

Earlier, Pakistan captain Babar Azam won the toss & opted to bowl first against India in the 16th match of the T20 World Cup 2021. This match is being played at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai.
