PAK vs NED: Star all-rounder Shadab Khan's 3 wickets haul helps Pakistan push back the Netherlands to a low total of 91 runs here at Perth.
After winning the toss the Netherland skipper called to bat first but their cautious batting approach didn't work out in front of a dangerous Pakistani bowling line-up.
Their top order collapsed early and within the first ten overs, the team was just able to get 34 runs at a loss of 3 wickets. Colin Ackerman scored leading runs for the Dutch side.
Ackermann made 27 runs of 27 balls, and skipper Scott Edwards got the second-highest with 15 from his bat.
Overall, the Dutch batting got dismantled by Pakistan's bowling department. Nine of their batters weren't able to put the score in double digits.
For Pakistan, Shadab Khan was the star of the eve as he struck 3 wickets by leaking just 22 runs. Mohammad Wasim Jr. grabbed 2/15 in 3 overs.
Apart from them, Shaheen Afridi scalped his first wicket of the tournament, Naseem Shah, and Haris Rauf clinched one wicket each.
