Virat Kohli's 77* helped India post 156/6 against England in the third T20I at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Tuesday.
Kohli remained the highest scorer for India. After losing three wickets in the powerplay, Virat Kohli & Rishabh Pant etched a partnership of 38 runs, before losing Pant to an unfortunate run out. Hardik Pandya and Kohli added 70 runs for the 6th wicket to help reach India a fighting total.
For England, Mark Wood took 3 wickets.
Earlier, Indian Captain Virat Kohli won the toss and opted to field in the third T20I against England. One change for both sides, England have replaced Tom Curran with Mark Wood while India brought in Rohit Sharma in place of Suryakumar Yadav.
