2nd Test: Watling, De Grandhomme rescue New Zealand on second day

March 31 (CRICKETNMORE) - New Zealand had recovered from 36/5 to be 192/6 in reply to England’s 307, when play stopped due to bad light on day two of the second test in Christchurch.
BJ Watling (77*) and Colin de Grandhomme (72) added 142-runs for 6th wicket. Grandhomme was later dismissed by Stuart Broad, who finished the day with 4/38.
