Women's T20 WC: Mooney's Fifty And Lanning Quick Fire Takes Australia To 172 Against India
IND VS AUS: Australia smacks 172 runs in the first half against India in the first semi-final of the Women's T20 World Cup here at Cape Town.
After winning the toss Beth Mooney stood hard on Indian bowlers and registered 54 runs in 37 balls. Apart from Mooney, skipper Meg Lanning and Ashleigh Gardner played an important inning for the Aussie team.
Lanning batted till the end and crumbled 49 runs in 34 balls.
For India Shikha Pandey was the go-to baller who scalped 2 wickets, Deepti Sharma and Radha Yadav also got a one-one wicket each to their account.
