First Test Centurion For India

Lala Amarnath was the first player from India to score a test century. Interestingly, it was also Amarnath's debut test and Indian team's second. The innings came during India vs England 1st test match at Mumbai - 17th December, 1933. Amarnath scored 118 runs in the second innings and added 186 runs with captain CK Nayudu for the third wicket.
First ODI Centurion For India
Kapil Dev was the first player from India to score a century in ODIs. The innings came in a very crucial situation when India were playing a world cup match against Zimbabwe in 1983. India were five down for 17 when Kapil Dev entered the crease and smacked 175 not out to take the team to 266/8.
First T20I Centurion For India

Suresh Raina was the first player from India to score a century in T20Is. The innings on 2nd May 2010 during T20 World Cup match against South Africa. Raina smacked 101 runs in 60 balls to get India to 186/5 in the first innings.
