Rahul Dravid is a retired Indian cricketer and currently the head coach of Men's Indian Cricket Team, who is widely regarded as one of the greatest batsmen in the history of cricket. He is also known for his excellent fielding skills and leadership abilities. Dravid made his debut for the Indian cricket team in 1996 and represented the team in more than 150 Test matches and 300 One Day Internationals (ODIs). He is the fourth-highest run-scorer in ODIs and the second-highest run-scorer in Test Cricket for India. Dravid was awarded the prestigious Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy for ICC Cricketer of the Year in 2004, and he was inducted into the ICC Cricket Hall of Fame in 2018. After retiring from cricket in 2012, Dravid has taken up coaching roles, including serving as the head coach of the Indian Under-19 cricket team and the head coach of the Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
