In the ongoing test series between South Africa & India, Ajinkya Rahane, the former vice-captain of the Indian test side has failed to aptly impress. In the 3rd test at Newlands, Cape Town, Ajinkya Rahane's bat again remained silent as he managed to score just 9 runs before getting dismissed. Netizens have yet again targeted Ajinkya Rahane.
Rahane managed to score 9 runs off 12 balls before Kagiso Rabada took his wicket. However, Rahane not only lost his wicket but wasted a team review as well. Rabada's delivery took a thin edge off Rahane's bat and wicketkeeper Verreyne completed an easy catch. The on-field umpire also adjudged him out without any delay. Although it will remain a mystery as to why Ajinkya Rahane went towards Kohli and then signalled for a review.
