Indian Premier League: Would Certainly Love To Play In IPL Again, But Goal Has To Be At My Best For Australia, Says Mitchell Starc
Australia's left-arm pace spearhead Mitchell Starc, who hasn't played a single game of franchise T20 cricket in more than eight years, expressed his wish to play again in the Indian Premier League (IPL), though he reminded that playing international cricket comes first for him.
Starc was last seen in the IPL in 2015, playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). "Being able to spend time with my family is part of it. But it is also about getting myself in a position where I can play my best cricket for Australia. I'd certainly love to play in the IPL again, but my goal for a long time has been to be at my best for Australia, no matter the format."
