However, amidst the Indian innings, Ishan Kishan took on Romario Shepherd, who was sold at a price of 7.75 crores in the recent IPL Auctions and smacked 3 boundaries in a single over today.
In the 4th over of the Indian batting, Ishan Kishan and Shreyas Iyer were in the middle batting for team India. West Indies' bowler Romario Shepherd was bowling the over. Ishan Kishan targeted Shepherd and had made up his mind that he'd smash boundaries in this over, and smacked fours consecutively on the 2nd and 3rd deliveries. Kishan didn't stop with this and smacked a four on the 5th delivery as well. However, Shepherd was able to bowl 3 dot balls in the over and gave only 12 runs in the over.
