WATCH: Marcus Stoinis Smacks A Six Straighter Than An Arrow
AUS vs SL: The first T20I of the 5-match series between Australia and Sri Lanka has commenced. In the first match being played at Sydney, Australia posted 149/9 and set a target of 150 in front of the Lankans to start the series with a win against the current World T20 champions.
For the Australian team, however, only Ben McDermott and Marcus Stoinis were the only batters who seemed to score runs. McDermott scored an anchoring 41-ball-53 while opening and Marcus Stoinis smacked an entertaining knock of 30 runs. Stoinis smacked 2 sixes in this inning, one of them going for 100 metres.
