India Beat Zimbabwe By 71 Runs; Set Up Clash Against England In T20 World Cup 2022 Semi-Finals
IND vs ZIM: India registered a comfortable win against Zimbabwe in their last Super 12, restricting the opponent to 115 in 17.2 overs and winning the match by 71 runs. India has finished on top of Group 2 and will face England in the semi-finals of T20 World Cup 2022.
Chasing 187 runs to win, Zimbabwe yet again lost too many wickets in the powerplay. Wesley Madhevere (0), Regis Chakabva (0), Sean Williams (11) and Craig Ervine (13) were dismissed till the 7th over as Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Arshdeep Singh, Mohammed Shami and Hardik Pandya grabbed wickets in their first overs.
