Match Report: India no match for superior England in 1st T20I

Guwahati, March 4 (CRICKETNMORE) It was a forgettable captaincy debut for Smriti Mandhana as India eves suffered a crushing 41-run defeat to England in the first T20 of the three-match series here on Monday.

England posted 160/4 in 20 overs riding on fifties from Tammy Beaumont (62 off 57) and skipper Heather Knight (40 off 20). In reply, India struggled to 119/6 in 20 overs.
