Abu Dhabi T10: Deccan Gladiators' head coach Mushtaq Ahmed has highlighted the role of constant good communication with players as the mantra behind his team's success afterthey won a record third title in the Abu Dhabi T10.

Mushtaq's team overpowered Morrisville Samp Army by eight wickets in the final on Monday at the Zayed Cricket Stadium, in a clash that turned out to be a complete entertainer for the spectators. Chasing 105, the Gladiators unleashed some fireworks and gunned down the target with 8 wickets and more than three overs to spare.

Mushtaq Ahmed, head coach of Deccan Gladiators, shared the success formula of the three-time title winners.
