ICC Fines England For Slow Overrate During 1st Test Against New Zealand
The England cricket team have been fined 40 percent of their match fees for slow over-rate against New Zealand in the first match of the two-Test series at Lord's that ended in a draw on Sunday.
International Cricket Council (ICC) match referee, Chris Broad, found Joe Root's side two overs short of the target after time allowances were taken into consideration.
