WATCH: Ajinkya Rahane Sends Off 20-Year Old Yashasvi Jaiswal Amidst Duleep Trophy Final
In the final match of the Duleep Trophy 2022, a lot of 'drama' was witnessed. West Zone captain Ajinkya Rahane sent Yashasvi Jaiswal off the field. 20-year-old Yashasvi Jaiswal was consistently sledging the opponent batters due to which the on-field umpire also warned the youngster. Before this incident, Yashavi was given two-three warnings to not sledge the batters, but it was of no effect on the player.
Umpires were seen talking to captain Ajinkya Rahane. Ajinkya Rahane was then seen explaining Yashasvi Jaiswal to not to continue with this tactic but even when this was of no effect, Rahane told Yashasvi to go off the field. After this, Yashasvi obviously looked distraught with his captain while walking off the field.
